About Me
Sports have always been an important and impactful part of my life, as it is something that I credit with teaching me important life lessons such as an ability to work efficiently with a team. Knowing that I wanted to pursue a career in sport, I centered my college search around finding a curriculum in sport management that would provide me with opportunities to advance my knowledge of the sport industry.
Throughout my time spent at Temple University, I became committed to pairing my passion for sports and statistics together as I begin my professional career. I tailored my studies to allow myself to gain valuable knowledge and skills within these two industries so that I can achieve my goal of working in professional sports, in a position where I can directly impact the overall success of an organization.
Across my various jobs and opportunities over the last few years, I have greatly improved my multitasking, customer service, and time management abilities, while also becoming proficient in the use of statistical tools such as Excel, R, SAS, and Tableau. This unique set of skills makes me a versatile candidate for many positions within the sport industry, as I have the ability to adapt and learn new practices very quickly.

Work Examples
As a Research Assistant for the Sport Industry Research Center at Temple University, one of my responsibilities was to perform calculations on the data we collected from survey responses and compile them into an end of the year report. Here is one of the reports that I helped complete during my time as a Research Assistant.
This year in class, a small group of my classmates and I have been looking into the impacts of the legalization of sports gambling in the United States. More specifically, we have chosen to consult the Boston Red Sox on ways they can utilize the recent developments on the subject in Massachusetts. Provided is a link to my article on LinkedIn where I recommend that the Red Sox build a retail sportsbook in the area surrounding Fenway Park.
For one of my classes I was tasked with creating a workshop relating to a current issue within the sport industry to present to my class. I chose to focus on some of the controversy surrounding Qatar as the host country for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Here is a presentation where I discuss some of the key points from my workshop.
Personal Life
In my free time, I enjoy various activities such as reading, camping, hiking, watching and playing sports, and spending time with friends, family, and my dogs.
